Free Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your excursion.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled excursion or fail to show up, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
❌ No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
